Winter 2026
A Winter Course in Slowing Down:
This winter, settle into a gentler rhythm.
Over six experiential evenings, this course offers a warm, structured space to slow down, step out of habitual urgency, and reconnect with your natural pace. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, reflective inquiry, and community learning, we’ll explore rest, spaciousness, and the shift from doing to being. Kasha draws on her background as a psychotherapist and social-emotional learning educator to guide practices that support grounding, presence, and alignment with winter’s quieter rhythm.

Who?
You may be:
Someone who values rest but struggles to make space for it.
A caregiver, parent, teacher, or healing professional whose work revolves around holding others.
Noticing signs of burnout, emotional fatigue, or overwhelm.
Drawn to the support and presence of a small group.
You have some experience with meditation or embodiment, and a desire to deepen your practice.
You are able to commit to the full six weeks to help build consistency and trust.
The group is intentionally small — limited to 8 participants — to support depth, ease, and spaciousness.
This course is intended for educational and self-enrichment purposes and is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing acute distress, we recommend seeking individual support.
